Friends, stop going to Employment agencies to get
a job, instead post your own Add on Kijiji so that Employer could pick you up
directly. Agencies are making tons of money out of your toils. Create
conditions for the Employers that they hire you directly so that you could get all
related cover, built you great credit history in order to buy your home
mortgage, start buying household consumer articles, earn more and spend more to
flourish the economy of the country.
This natural movement of economic cycle is
hampered by the unholy alliance of Employment Agencies and Corporates because
you register yourself with Agencies and they have a data base to supply it to
the Industries. Corporate greed makes them a happy buyer for this cheap labour
without bearing the social responsibilities by giving them direct employment
and benefits. This move helps them to see big profit every year in their
balance sheet but this short term benefit is marring Canadian long term
economic interest.
Remember, the benefits which you deserve against
your hard work is being siphoned off to only small number of Employment
Agencies Staff at the cost of your short term employments with local industry.
Come on…start posting your own Add, post your own
resume. Stop going to Agencies, Stop looking for employment thru Agencies but
create the conditions that Employer start hiring you directly.
They will continue to use like a condom by
terminating your services before you reach to a certain hours which makes you eligible
to get EI.
At least, for time being, if you are in dire need
on a job thru any Agency, get the job but start placing your own Add in Kijiji
or Craiglist.
